I was drawn to the hotel by its convenient location in the village, but I found the rooms in need of updating and overpriced for what was offered. The service was delightful and informative. The front desk assisted me with faxing information to my bank. Additionally, the staff was kind enough to provide information on the area and even helped me get to the Snowmass Mall easily. The convenient access to buses heading to Aspen right in front of the hotel was a big plus.

The rear of the property, near the driveway entry, was somewhat noisy, and the gate closed earlier than indicated, causing a slight inconvenience.
