I was drawn to the hotel by its convenient location in the village, but I found the rooms in need of updating and overpriced for what was offered. The service was decent, with friendly staff but some hiccups in getting breakfast orders right. The dining experience was a tad expensive, and the facilities were satisfactory.

My three-day stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms had all the amenities we needed, though they could use some refurbishment. While the view was more of the road than the mountains, the room was comfortable, especially with the fan provided.

The service was delightful and informative. The front desk assisted me with faxing information to my bank. Additionally, the staff was kind enough to provide information on the area and even helped me get to the Snowmass Mall easily. The convenient access to buses heading to Aspen right in front of the hotel was a big plus.

The hotel's location was ideal for accessing winter activities, and it was close to the ski lift. However, the nights were disturbed by noisy guests, impacting my sleep quality. The rear of the property, near the driveway entry, was somewhat noisy, and the gate closed earlier than indicated, causing a slight inconvenience.
